History of Shah Jahan
The Shah Jahan full name was A’la Azad Abul Muzaffar Shahab ud-Din Mohammad Shah Jahan, third son of Jahangir. Shah Jahan mother’s name was Manmati, but her Mughal name was Bilquis Makani. He was born on March 4, 1592 , and died February 1, 1666. He was 5th Mughal Emperor. His reign start was 19 January 1628 and finish on 31 July 1658; total time was 30 Years 193 days. Shah Jahan got married with Mumtaz Mahal. They have got 14 children, But 7 child ware died at the young age.
Shah Jahan grandfather’s name was The Great Akbar. Shah Jahan was the apple of the eye of his grandfather. In the childhood, he was done secondary in education also included martial training and exposure to a wide variety of cultural arts. He was fond of music and art culture. He was always deeply like Muslim religion. He was monotheist’ person. During the life of Shah Jahan, he has left behind an extraordinary architectural legacy. He made Red Fort and Jama Masjid in Delhi, red fort in Agra, Moti mosque in Pakistan. They all are world famous example of great architecture. Taj Mahal is also among of them. Shah Jahan time Agra was India capital, but Shah Jahan shifted his capital to Delhi in their reign time. After that Shah Jahan fell critically sick on September 1657. Shah Jahan still left this world, in confinement, in the year 1666.
Mumtaz Mahal Biography
Mumtaz Mahal was form Agra; she was born in the Persian nobility family on date of April, 1593. Her full name was Arjumand Banu Begum’s. Her father’s name was Abdul Hasan Asaf Khan. Meaning Mumtaz is “”Jewel of the Palace”. One day she met Shah Jahan in the garden, after then they each other fall in love, They got married to Shah Jahan in the year of 1612, Shah Jahan had three wives before merry of Mumtaz Mahal. After merry to Mumtaz, she became favorite of Shah Jahan.
Taj Mahal is a symbol of love. It is proven by history of Taj Mahal, very antique and special monument. It is situated Uttar Pradesh capital Agra in India. It is the most famous heritage place in India, That indicates timeless adore and It is also the seventh wonder of the globe. During Shah Jahan life, he made lots of famous place and monuments. It was made by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, in the year 1632 construction was began and it was completed 1653. Construction cost was their time near about 32million rupees, which is roughly $1,000,000. And designed by Abd ul-Karim Ma’mur Khan, Makramat Khan, and Ustad Ahmad Lahauri.
